Your Responsibilities
Contribute to marketing campaigns focused on generating leads and expanding brand awareness.
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
Manage and optimize content across platforms (website, LinkedIn, email) for consistent brand messaging.
Partner with design and product teams to deliver compelling campaigns and messaging.
Pull campaign performance metrics and help make strategic adjustments for continuous improvement.
Who You Are
2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in solar or mortgage (both? 😉).
Proven success in paid media, content creation, and marketing automation tools.
A skilled communicator who blends creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Organized project manager with a knack for managing multiple priorities.
Bonus Points
Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messages.
You live in Utah (We hang out in the Lehi area).

If you’re a professional with deep expertise in working with government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) like Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and HUD, and you’re excited about creating innovative partnerships that drive housing affordability and sustainability, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between Arcasa and GSEs, fostering relationships to advance shared goals around affordable and sustainable housing.
Stay informed on GSE guidelines, programs, and initiatives, ensuring Arcasa’s products and processes align with their standards.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to integrate GSE-backed policies, incentives, and guidelines into Arcasa’s solar and mortgage solutions.
Advocate for new or expanded GSE programs that support renewable energy and affordability, leveraging data and industry insights.
Represent Arcasa in industry forums, conferences, and discussions involving GSEs and housing policy stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a compliance framework to ensure adherence to GSE requirements in Arcasa’s processes.
Who You Are
Experience: 5+ years of experience working directly with or within Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, or similar organizations.
Expertise: In-depth understanding of GSE guidelines, policies, and program structures, with a focus on affordable housing and sustainability.
Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to identify and implement strategies that align with both business and policy goals.
Collaborative: Skilled at building relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining a clear focus on execution.
Passionate: Committed to reshaping homeownership through innovative and sustainable solutions.
Bonus Points
Experience with solar energy or renewable energy financing programs.
Familiarity with affordable housing initiatives or green energy appraisal standards.
You live in DC or you are willing to relocate / travel regularly.
